Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Ohm Cycles Canada Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bicycle repair shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide top-notch repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our repair team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of our repair services.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are properly represented.
  • Ensure that our shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a bicycle repair shop or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
