Job Title: Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Ohm Cycles Canada Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bicycle repair shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of repair technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workshop
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in bicycle repair and maintenance
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
