Executive Director, Accommodations and Operations

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Executive Director, Accommodations and Operations in the Corporate Services Branch. As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all accommodations functions of the Ministry, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and leading a team of professionals in operational support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure adequate resources and motivation to drive individual and team success
  • Prioritize safety and employee well-being
  • Create a positive work environment and strong relationships
  • Facilitate collaboration and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage information, policies, and procedures
  • Provide leadership and support for Ministry accommodations and operational needs
  • Coach and develop team members

Requirements:

A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in management is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and management skills are essential for success in this role.
