About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1822 YYC Business Centre. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team, including the distribution of information and tasks.
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the daily activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring that expenses are controlled and monitored.
  • Manage Contracts and Recruit Staff: Coordinate the recruitment process, including the development of job postings and the management of contracts.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and strong time management skills.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
