Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Indo Canada TV. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and managing day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences by scheduling appointments and preparing agendas.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and actions taken.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and make reservations as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business terminology and concepts.
