Brunel is currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Document Management Administrator to join our Lloydminster, AB/SK team.

As a key member of the Lloydminster Integrity Management Site Execution (IMSE) team, this position provides critical support to In-Service Inspectors (ISI's), Owners Inspectors (OI's), Integrity Manager, and various stakeholders in their daily activities. Responsibilities include data entry, quality control, document control, and regulatory reporting/licensing to TSASK/ABSA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical assistance and/or data entry, with experience using asset integrity database software. Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel is also essential.

We are looking for an individual who can analyze data to track upcoming required inspections, maintain various logs and spreadsheets to ensure regulatory inspection compliance, and process scrapped equipment inventory nameplates.

This role requires a Business/Technical Diploma and/or equivalent training, as well as a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Familiarity with pressure equipment, storage tank, and pressure relief device inspection requirements, ABSA and TSASK licensing application processes, and regulatory reporting requirements is crucial.
