Business Operations Support Specialist

BeBee Professionals in Lloydminster is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist to facilitate seamless day-to-day office functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle office correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining accurate calendars and up-to-date records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Help with ordering office supplies and contribute to a clean and efficient work environment.
- Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably with exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities to ensure seamless interactions with colleagues and clients.
- We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
