Strategic Business Leader for Lloydminster

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the daily operations of our organization in Lloydminster, Canada.
This role involves developing and implementing business strategies to achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and mentoring department heads, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on operational performance. Additionally, they will lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
