Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs to support students of all ages and abilities.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and centre staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student needs and develop personalized learning plans to help students overcome academic challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to ensure our programs remain effective and engaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
