Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure that systems meet business requirements
  • Provide Tier 2 help desk support for functional/business issues from users
  • Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows
  • Establish acceptance test criteria with the client
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience with business analysis and system development
  • Knowledge of IT business, innovation, transformation, project management, human resources, and instructional/training resources
