Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anurag Homes Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure timely communication with team members and clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
