Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests, providing prompt and professional service to maintain customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
