We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at S.P. Lodge. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities, handle and report lost and found items, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Availability: Available for the advertised start date.
  • Language: English.
