Job Summary:

JobCart Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Inspector to join our team. As a Lead Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to assigned Inspectors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for Inspectors, focusing on quality assurance, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Inspectors, identifying areas for improvement and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, with a preference for post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or operations management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance, with a clean driving record.
