Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide hands-on supervision to assigned Inspectors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Represent JobCart Inc in a professional image at all times, ensuring that our quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Training and Development: Provide training and hands-on instruction to Inspectors on quality control procedures, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our quality management system.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure that all quality control procedures are followed and that all relevant regulations and standards are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of quality management systems.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
