About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Tandoori Xpress. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Train and supervise a team of cooks to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Work closely with our catering team to ensure that our events and functions are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
