We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can develop and execute business strategies, build high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth.

Average salary for this position ranges from $62,000 to $82,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A General Insurance Level 3 License
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven leadership and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
