Job Summary
This is a casual opportunity for a Long-term Care Attendant (LTCA) to join our team at Victorian Community Health Centre in Kaslo. As an LTCA, you will work under the direction of RNs and LPNs to provide individualized care and support to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being while maximizing their independence.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment
• Perform nursing procedures such as taking temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment through housekeeping activities
• Observe and report changes in patient behavior and condition
• Accompany clients on outings and during social activities
• Perform clerical duties and delegated tasks
Shift Information
Shifts will be scheduled days and evenings, rotating from 07:00 to 15:00, 07:00 to 11:30, and 15:00 to 20:00 hours. As a casual employee, your hours may vary, and shifts may be scheduled at short notice.

Estimated Salary Range
