Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Store Manager to join our team at Kaslo Mohawk (1987) Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of 5-10 sales staff members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage cash handling, and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Schedule employees, monitor attendance, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business administration, management).
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to relocate for this position and willingness to work shift or on-call hours as required.
