  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on restaurant performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
