Job Summary

LEMOND FOOD CORP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
