Logistics Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Quality Assurance Manager to join our Contract Logistics team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Job DescriptionThis position will support the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and manage product complaints and inquiries. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Bilingual French and English language skills are required.
About the Role- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures across multiple business units.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage product complaints and inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and prevent future nonconformities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A background in logistics or a related field is highly desirable.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Bilingual French and English language skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus medical and dental benefits, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, and excellent training programs.
