Technical Support Representative Job Description

IT Specialists is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to provide remote and on-site IT services to clients across Canada. As a TSR, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on IT-related topics
  • Collaborate with the IT Specialists team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
