Retail Store Manager

At Days Inn Liquor Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Days Inn Liquor Store, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales staff, and management. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
