Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
