Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
