Circle Medical is a leading telemedicine provider in the US, with a mission to bring quality primary care to everyone on the planet. We're seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager to drive patient and revenue growth through new acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a vision and strategy for new patient acquisition channels
  • Oversee performance of new patient activations and ensure targets are met
  • Launch and scale new acquisition channels, including affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more
  • Align patient acquisition plans with the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and reporting
  • Take ownership of the acquisition marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
  • Previous experience in a fast growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset
