Job Title: Senior Manager - Growth

Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. is a leading telemedicine provider in the US, with a mission to bring quality primary care to everyone on the planet. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Growth to join our team and drive patient and revenue growth through new patient acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a vision and strategy for new patient acquisition channels to drive patient and revenue growth.
  • Oversee performance of new patient activations, ensuring we hit our targets, and launch and scale new acquisition channels such as affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more.
  • Align patient acquisition plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, reporting on results, and identifying opportunities for scale and/or improvement.
  • Take ownership of the acquisition marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Improve reach, awareness, engagement, and traffic, ultimately leading to high-value user acquisition.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development for a direct-to-consumer product or brand.
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset.
