Job Title: DevOps Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and orchestration. The ideal candidate will have experience with RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud application frameworks. The role involves ensuring the software development process is streamlined and automated, automating infrastructure provisioning and management, and collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitOps.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth software development and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot software systems hosted in Kubernetes environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud trends and industry web, architectural, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring applications in a RedHat OpenShift environment.
  • Experience with cloud application frameworks, including Quarkus.
  • Knowledge of cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
