About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure delivery team. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless application deployments and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and cloud management tools.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
