About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the cloud infrastructure engineering team, ensuring timely and effective completion of projects and tasks.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and cloud management tools.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
