About the Role
  • This role is responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
  • Determining the size of food portions and costs, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and manage kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience as a cook or in a related role.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
