KAYS KITCHEN CORP. is seeking a skilled Cook to lead our kitchen operations team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership.
About the Role- This role is responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with dietary restrictions.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
- Determining the size of food portions and costs, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and managing kitchen operations.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with dietary restrictions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and manage kitchen operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- 1-7 months of experience as a cook or in a related role.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
