About the Role:
KAYS KITCHEN CORP. is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
