Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
