- Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
