Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team in Western Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, installers, architects, designers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
