About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Travel Coordinator to join our team at Direct Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating air travel arrangements for large incentive programs and business meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants and clients.
  • Coordinate air travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Manage and ticket group air blocks in compliance with airline rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all attendee PNRs comply with company policy and process.
  • Communicate with on-site travel staff to resolve any arrival and departure issues during standard business hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's or two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in the meetings and incentives industry, specifically coordinating group air travel arrangements.
  • Firm knowledge of GDS systems, with previous experience with Sabre strongly preferred.
  • Valid TICO certification required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 Suite products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Team, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
