Job Opportunity:

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Trainee program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business.

Program Overview:

The Management Development Trainee program is a comprehensive 4-phased program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to succeed in a management role. You will work closely with our experienced managers and team members to develop your skills in areas such as operations management, customer service, sales, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a 4-phased program to learn and develop skills in operations management, customer service, sales, and employee development
  • Work closely with experienced managers and team members to gain hands-on experience and build relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow a sales territory and provide world-class customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop leadership skills and mentorship abilities to support team members and drive business results

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Valid driver's license
