Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our business operations, from procurement and inventory management to sales, customer service, and account management.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics and Inventory Management

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, supply chain, and sales support processes.

Phase 2: Operations and Customer Service

  • Develop expertise in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statement analysis.

Phase 3: Inside Sales and Project Management

  • Evolve from assisting customers with product and service issues to managing large-scale projects, honing your project management skills.

Phase 4: Outside Sales and Account Management

  • Learn to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5: Career Development and Specialization

  • Apply your training to determine your ideal career path within EMCO Corporation, leveraging your skills and interests to drive success.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow

  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
