Job Title: Strategic Development Program Trainee

Job Summary:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with a deep understanding of our business operations. From shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a broad skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Throughout the program, you will be involved in various aspects of our business, including:

  • Learning the products we sell, their supply chain, and sales support.
  • Assisting with customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statements.
  • Developing skills in inside sales and project management, including issue resolution and large-scale project management.
  • Acquiring knowledge of outside sales and account management, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building customer and vendor relationships.
  • Identifying your ideal career path and leveraging your training to achieve your goals.

Requirements:
