We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced and organized Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient communication and information flow
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other materials
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as maintain accurate records
  • Determine and implement office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meeting details
  • Answer phone calls and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional manner
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities accordingly.
