About beBee Professionals:
We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Senior Operations Director to lead our team in North Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: You will develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
- Manage Department Heads: You will manage and mentor department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: You will monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: You will lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Compliance: You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Operations Director or in a similar managerial role is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
