About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Curated Training Developer to join our HR team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. In this role, you will create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

Your creative mind will visualize instructional graphics and the finished product of your course designs. You will develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process and keep participants wanting more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and produce training materials for in-house training
  • Design quick job-aids for just-in-time training
  • Enroll users and update content on the learning management system
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
  • Create supporting training material and media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to produce learning content for a variety of audiences
  • Support LMS-related initiatives from inception to production
  • Collaborate with policy compliance and operations teams
  • Record and track completion of training programs organization-wide
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in human resources or equivalent
  • Minimum two years' experience in a training-focused role
  • Proficient with instructional design
  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, training methods, and formats
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Experience with multiple delivery methods, including e-learning initiatives
