We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Partnerships Director, Channel Partnerships. As a key member of our partnerships department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with enterprise companies.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing new strategic partnership opportunities that align with our overall partner and business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing compelling business value propositions to encourage partners to adopt and invest in advocating partnering with Jobber
- Structuring appropriate partner models/contracts to achieve mutually beneficial business results
- Maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive both reach and new revenue for Jobber
- Working collaboratively across product, marketing, engineering, and support to build, launch, and maintain strategic partnerships
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of a partner's value drivers, economics, and business models, and how they align with Jobber's strategy and goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strategic thinker and leader with extensive experience (10+ years) in partner and/or sales channel management
- A successful track record of developing, structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale, complex business agreements and transactions with enterprise companies
- Data-driven decision making with capacity to adapt and experiment
- Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to regularly travel to conferences, partner on-sites, or other business needs
Benefits
We offer a total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind, RRSP matching, and stock options.
You can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
