Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating market trends, best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced analytics, social media platforms, and other tools to attract top talent globally, staying informed of industry trends and innovations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement efficient processes, best practices, and TA initiatives, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related field; working towards relevant designation preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Certifications: Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, ability to analyze information and data, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
