About the Role

Cansel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and customer needs analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including regular communication, monitoring, and development of their business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Meet or exceed sales target performance indicators, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Participate in trade shows, training events, and other related activities to promote our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager on sales activity and new pipeline development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field or technology.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for selling in a competitive market.
  • Initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, drive, and excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to spend 40-60% of time on the road, servicing and visiting customers.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
