Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • CRM software experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
