Business Development Vice President Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Vice President Commercial to join our team at CWB. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for leading and achieving strategic business development objectives to build and maintain a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement independent marketing plans to achieve targeted business growth mix, with a focus on larger mid-market commercial clients ($10MM+ loan and deposit volume)
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying key issues and implementing strategies to facilitate the expansion of our partnership
- Provide full-service banking and financial solutions for CWB clients, with underwriting support from internal partners
- Maintain extensive knowledge of clients and prospects, market, competition, and economic factors, alongside robust understanding of key business issues and trends
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Eight (8) years of commercial banking experience with functions of mid-market commercial lending and adjudication
- Well-developed skills in financial statement analysis, structuring transactions, and knowledge of effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting
