Business Development Vice President Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Vice President Commercial to join our team at CWB. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for leading and achieving strategic business development objectives to build and maintain a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with product partners to develop and deliver innovative products and services that meet the needs of our clients
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to ensure sound credit decisions and effective risk management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted business growth and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
- At least 8 years of commercial banking experience with a focus on mid-market commercial lending and adjudication
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound credit decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
