Business Development Vice President Commercial

CWB is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Vice President Commercial to lead and achieve strategic business development objectives. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an independent marketing plan to achieve targeted business growth mix
- Establish a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and implementing a strategy to facilitate expansion of our partnership
- Maintain extensive knowledge of clients and prospects, market, competition, and economic factors
- Optimize business and client relationships while practicing good judgment in win-win determinations
- Identify and respond to changes in the business environment, establishing action plans to address customer issues and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Eight years of commercial banking experience with functions of mid-market commercial lending and adjudication
- Well-developed skills in financial statement analysis, structuring transactions, and knowledge of effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting
