Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers and production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
  • Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and other personnel, conducting training, performance evaluations, and staff development programs.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control processes, conducting regular audits and monitoring stock levels.
  • Develop and manage the distribution center's budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and monitoring expenses.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery times, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management, with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with proficiency in warehouse management systems related to SAP and other relevant software.
  • In-depth understanding of distribution and logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
